swimming lessons
We offer a range of swimming lessons / sessions for all ages and abilities, from parent and toddler sessions through to pre-school, junior and adult. These take place throughout the year in the safe environment of the main pool and teaching pool. All instructors are qualified and experienced swimming teachers who constantly encourage, help and support all swimmers.
Pre-booking is essential for all swimming lessons with the exception of the parent and toddler fun swimming session, however this session can be booked up to four days in advance to guarantee a place.

Our programme follows the STA international learn to swim framework. All information relating to this can be found on the STA website, www.sta.co.uk
