Planet play parties are available on a Saturday and Sunday and include one hour and 15 minutes play, followed by 45 minutes for food.
Parties are exclusive use and self catered, costing £10.20 per head (minimum 15 children and a maximum of 30). If your party is less than 15 children a charge of £153.00 is payable.
Party times
Saturdays and Sundays only
12.30pm – 2.30pm and party room 1.45pm – 2.30pm
3.00pm – 5.00pm and party room 4.15pm – 5.00pm
Food and drink
Self-catering food must be arranged by yourself. Unfortunately we are unable to store any food on behalf of your caterer. When sourcing your caterer and ordering your food please ensure your caterer has provided you with all allergen and dietary requirement information. Jugs of squash will be provided free of your charge for your party guests. Pre-packed confectionery and cold and hot drinks are available to purchase from our adventure play pod.
Deposit
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party slot.
Cancellation of the party can only take place if notice is received at least 14 days in advance of the party, otherwise full payment will be required.
Birthday child
The birthday child will receive a free return visit, which is valid for 6 months at date of receipt.

Parties at Crystal Leisure Centre
Your child can have great fun in our soft play suite. With a dedicated toddler area, two tier junior area with slides, stepping stone run, spider web crawl and interactive light and sound system, your child is guaranteed to have an amazing time.
Our exclusive use parties are suitable for children aged 7 years and under and include two hours in the soft play suite (one hour on the soft play suite and one hour for your self catering party food). A party host is also included.
Parties can be booked on a Saturday or Sunday from 11.30am - 1.30pm or 2.30pm - 4.30pm and are available for a maximum of 25 children costing £191.30.
Our self catering parties mean you can keep the cost of your party low and provide a selection of your favourite food for your party guests. You are also welcome to bring a cake and party decorations.
For the duration of a toddlers party, we recommend that the parent/carer supervision ratio is a minimum of 1 adult per child. The soft play suite rules of play apply at all times. Children must not be left unaccompanied. Children are not permitted to enter the play area once the hour’s play is finished).
Our self catering splash parties (non-exclusive) take place on a Saturday or Sunday during term-time in the leisure pool and are suitable for people of all all ages.
Your party will consist of one hour swim in the leisure pool, plus one hours use in our party room for self-catering food.
Our self-catering parties mean you can keep the cost of your party low and provide a selection of your favourite food for your party guests. You are also welcome to bring a cake and party decorations.
Please note, the minimum party guests per booking is 15, costing £10.20 per head. Alternatively, a charge for 15 guests can be made.
Children under the age of 8 must be supervised in the water by a responsible adult aged 16 and above. One adult may accompany up to 2 children under the age of 8.
