Full time Recreation Assistant at Crystal Leisure Centre
We are looking for a full time Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) to promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere at the centre, to provide both poolside and dry-side supervision as appropriate and assist in maintaining the security of the leisure centre.
You must be IQL (Institute of Qualified Lifeguard) qualified (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification must be in date) and duties will include set out and return to stores any equipment that may be required, undertake regular cleaning duties and maintenance schedules in accordance with a programme of work and instructions, promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere at the centre.
Place of work: Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge
Working hours: 37 hours on average per week, over a 3-week set rotating shift pattern including evenings, daytime hours and weekends.
