​DBleisure is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated School Time Swimming Teacher to join our Aquatics Team based at Crystal Leisure Centre.

Location: Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge
Pay: £28,598 - £31,022 pro rata
Hours: 10 hours per week | Term-time | Part-time Permanent
Closing date: 4 August 2026

 

This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality swimming lessons to school pupils, helping them build confidence in the water, achieve National Curriculum swimming outcomes and develop essential water safety skills.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (Swim England, STA or equivalent)

• Has experience teaching swimming lessons

• Is passionate about water safety and swimming development

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Can work independently and as part of a team
